Contemporary artist Kal Spelletich uses accessible lasers and mirrors to help inspire curiosity about the universe. Drawing on methods developed in 1846 by French physicist Armand Fizeau, Spelletich will lead educators through demonstrations that will measure the speed and sound of light and help us better understand space, distance and our own role in the universe.
