Kristy Pearson is currently a Language Literacy Coach for the Washoe County School District. She has taught in the elementary school setting for over 20 years, has a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Gifted and Talented Endorsement. She has spent the past year building the capacity of Distant Learners and Distant Learning Teachers. As a facilitator of learning she is dedicated to an equitable learning environment and using technology to enhance student learning and student engagement.
