Sue Davis, founder of the Northern Nevada Council for Social Studies, taught U.S. History at Wooster HS and in 2003 became the WCSD Social Studies Curriculum Coordinator. She was also the director of 5 Teaching American History federal grants, which provide professional development for northern Nevada history teacher from 2003-2013.
