Ellie Quinlan manages the public visitor programs at the United States Institute of Peace, and leads educational programs for the American public about USIP, its work around the world, and how international conflicts can be resolved without violence. Ellie grew up in California and went to Occidental College where she studied diplomacy and world affairs. She’s traveled to 41 U.S. states and lived abroad in France and in Kenya, where she worked with refugee communities.
